Ohio voters reject recreational cannabis and anti-monopoly bill.

Ohio voters rejected a bill that would have legalized cannabis dispensaries on 11/3/15 8pm.

Issue 3 lost by 30%. 

 Issue 3 would have allowed adults 21 or older to buy, posses, and grow cannabis for recreational/medical use. 

Voters for Issue 3: 930971 = 35%

Voters against issue 3: 1705706 = 65%

Issue 2 won by 4%.

Issue 2 aims to keep individuals or private economic interests from placing new monopolies, cartels or oligopolies into the Ohio Constitution for their own benefit.

Voters for Issue 2: 1353853 = 52%

Voters Against Issue 2: 1242228 = 48%

Issue 1 won by 42%.

Issue 1 revises the system for drawing Ohio's 33 state Senate and 99 state House districts. By giving the minority party a larger say, the proposal is intended to reduce gerrymandering of district boundaries for partisan purposes.

Voters for Issue 1: 1748159 = 71%

Voters Against Issue 1: 706206 = 29%
